According to videos uploaded to the Formula 1 website, the track development is still in early stages, but should be ready for the 2020 season. The street circuit will be roughly 5.5km long (~3.4 miles) and contains 22 turns and three straights, the longest of which is 1.5km (~9/10 mile). F1 claims the cars will be able to achieve a speed of 335km/h (208mph) by the end of the longest straight.

Much of the track is inspired by other tracks around the world, most notably turns 1-2 are meant to resemble the Nurburgring, turns 12-15 are reminiscent of turns 1-2 at Monaco, and turns 16-19 are inspired by the esses at Suzuka.

You can watch a track and city overview here, and a video showing the track in it’s current form here.
